RETURNS

We understand that sometimes it takes more than one go to find your perfect swimsuit online. We want you to feel great in Ozero Swimwear pieces and about your purchase which is why we will gladly accept returns/exchange/refund on all FULL PRICED ITEMS (items marked SALE or items on special promotions are excluded).

If you would like to get a refund or exchange an item, please follow these steps:

1. Email us at elena@ozeroswimwear.com indicating whether you would like to return or exchange your item. Please include your order # in the subject line. If you are making an exchange, please indicate the style, size and color of the item(s) you are exchanging for.

2. We will provide you with the address to ship the goods you would like to return.

3. Once we receive your parcel, we will process your refund or exchange and send you email confirmation. Refunds or exchanges will be processed within 2 business days of receiving your parcel.

All parcels must be returned to us within 21 days of delivery and must be in the original condition, unworn, unwashed with hygiene liners and swing tags in place. We reserve the right to refuse returns on items that have been worn, soiled, laundered or altered in any way. Please try swimsuits on over your underwear to ensure they are returned in a new, unused condition. 

The shipping cost incurred for returning items to Ozero Swimwear for an exchange or refund is NOT covered or reimbursed by us. You will be refunded in the same amount as you paid minus the shipping fees. If you request an EXCHANGE however, we will cover the shipping cost to send the new item out to you again. 

Ozero Swimwear is NOT responsible for any returns lost, damaged or stolen in transit – it is recommended you include tracking and insurance for your protection. Always retain proof of postage.

Ozero Swimwear is limited edition swimwear and for this reason we cannot guarantee sizes will be available when exchanging. If the size or style you want is not available you will be given a full refund.

Returns for exchange of size or style can only occur ONCE.

All of our styles are handmade and are inspected before being shipped to ensure the highest quality garments are being sent to you. In the unlikely event that swimwear is faulty, please contact us immediately so we can arrange for a replacement. If the item is no longer in stock, we will issue a full refund.

Please follow the care instructions on the label to prolong the life of your garment as we cannot fix colour fading, burring or pulling, lack of elasticity, fabric deterioration, colour running or any other symptoms of normal wear and tear. 

Sale Conditions

Please note that refunds and exchanges are NOT offered on sale items or items purchased using a discount code as part of a sale promotion, all discounted items are considered final sale. We kindly ask you to consider this before committing to a purchase.

Cancellation of Orders

We will only accept cancellation of an order within 24 hours of receiving the order. In the event an order is cancelled, Ozero Swimwear reserves the right to deduct 5% of the total order amount as payment for the cancellation. This charge is respective of the fees we incur to process the original order via Shopify, Paypal and Stripe.
