All successful orders placed will be processed within 2 business days of receipt. You will receive your tracking number via email once your order is dispatched. If for some reason, you did not receive an email, please check your spam folder and add elena@ozeroswimwear.com to your safe sender list.

During busy periods our dispatch time can be longer. But please email us at elena@ozeroswimwear.com if your order is urgent or required by a particular date. 

When specifying shipping address information, be sure to check that the zip code, city and state are correct. If according to delivery service's records, this information does not match their records, we may have to contact you to update this information and this may delay your order. Please enter a valid phone number in your account information when checking out, so, in case we require more information, you can be reached faster.

Please note, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes as generally shipments require a signature on delivery.

Orders cannot be cancelled or changed once shipment takes place.

In the instance that you have given incorrect delivery details please ensure you email us immediately upon successful placement of your order. Once your order has been dispatched Ozero Swimwear cannot be held responsible if any information you provided was incorrect. 

Domestic Shipping

We are located in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

All domestic orders are shipped free of charge. Orders will be delivered by local courier and arrive within 2-5 business days after your order has been dispatched.

International Shipping

All international orders are shipped through DHL Express or FedEx Priority with an approximate delivery time of 3-5 business days.

Please note at times unexpected delays may occur which Ozero Swimwear has no control over and is not responsible for (such as weather conditions, public holidays, customs regulations, etc.).

Certain out of range countries/areas are not supported by the FedEx and DHL network will be shipped with a regular express post (5-15 business days).

We offer a discounted shipping rate on international orders that is automatically applied at check out (delivery charges vary from 10 to 25 USD depending on the region). We do offer free shipping for all international orders of 200 USD and above.

Ozero Swimwear is NOT responsible for any import charges, duties or taxes for international sales. Please check with your local customs authority on any customs duties or taxes that are payable by you – regulations and guidelines vary widely from country to country. Note, in rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages.

If you refuse a shipment from Ozero Swimwear or it is undeliverable, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees, duties and/or taxes that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Ozero Swimwear. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund. In the instance that the return fee exceeds the amount of the merchandise plus shipping costs, the package will be abandoned and you will not be refunded.

Please look out for any delivery attempt notifications and use the 'Track my order' feature located in the confirmation email.

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered, but you have not received it, please contact us. Note, we do not take responsibility for lost/missing packages that show successful delivery to the other address.
